1 ON 1 PERSONAL TRAINING
1 on 1 personal training is the quickest path to get where you want to be. Your sessions are tailored to YOUR goals, whether you’re looking for a technique or skill lesson, a regular time slot to help you stay accountable, or a comprehensive training program to reach a specific outcome. PT sessions are 40 minutes or 60 minutes long, and are booked by appointment with our Head Coach Jenn Casey.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING
In small group training, you enjoy the benefits of making progress on your own goals in a supportive group environment. Within the larger program, the coaches will make adjustments to each class based on your goals, movement limitations, or just how you’re feeling that day. Every class is also an individualized experience!

YOUTH FITNESS TRAINING
We are proud to bring The Brand X Method® training program to the youth of our community. Having run a youth fitness training program for almost 13 years, Jenn is one of the most experienced youth strength and conditioning coaches in our area. Our classes focus on helping kids learn good technique and movement patterns while having fun with peers in a supportive, encouraging environment.

LEGENDS PROGRAM (STRENGTH TRAINING OVER 50)
Legends is designed for adults over 50, yet everyone can benefit! As a “Legend” herself, Coach Jenn understands the kind of movements we need to build strength and resilience while working around the recovery needs of adults who are also living busy lives. Strength and conditioning today is an investment in your healthy future, so start banking those wins today!

KETTLEBELL TRAINING PROGRAMS
In Swing Fit, we use the kettlebell as our primary resistance training tool, while still focusing on building strength and conditioning so we can lead strong healthy lives. The kettlebell is one of the most versatile pieces of gym equipment out there, and we do it all: from swings and squats to carries and core. If you have been looking at resistance training and wanting to try something different, Swing Fit is the class for you! Many of our members also train for and compete in Kettlebell Sport, and there are opportunities to train for sport in Swing Fit. No matter if you’re just wanting to get fit and move better or looking to take on a new competitive challenge, you will enjoy Swing Fit and the kettlebell training programs within the class!
